What material do you use for Frames?
Paintroad offers frames in various material types and colours that can be different for different painting. We use plastic material for white and black frames and engineered wood for wrapped canvas frames.
In how many different colours are frames available?
Frames are available in white, black and wooden colours for plastic variants and wood frames are available in Pinecolour
What paper do you print on?
Paintroad offers printing on different materials. We offer printing on Fine Arts Paper which is a little glossy in nature and also on Canvas which is an extremely durable plain-woven fabric and gives cloth like texture to the paintings
What is the difference between fine art paper and canvas?
Canvas is an extremely durable plain-woven fabric which gives a cloth like feel to paintings while Fine art paper is professional quality paper for printing photographs, and is composed of natural fibres: most frequently cotton or alpha cellulose.
What kind of glass do you use?
We DO NOT use glass on paintings due to frequent damages in shipping. We use a Plexiglas acrylic sheet which is a crystal clear (with a transparency equal to optical glass), lightweight material having outstanding weatherability, high impact resistance, good chemical resistance, and excellent thermoforma- bility and machinability.
Do your paintings come with a table stand?
No, our paintings came with only hooks for hanging them on walls. Hooks are placed on suitably for hanging both portraits and landscape paintings accordingly
Can I directly hang the ordered paintings?
Yes, our paintings came with hooks already installed which makes them ready for hanging on walls. Hooks are placed on suitably for hanging both portraits and landscape paintings accordingly

Where do you ship?
We ship at all Pin codes in India and promise delivery within 1-3 business days through our courier and logistic partners.
Once you place an order, we prepare your order in our dedicated facility and make it ready to ship in 24 hours making us the one stop destination for getting fastest delivery of wall painting and artwork in India
How much time does it take for the order to reach me?
We are the fastest online shop for delivery of wall painting and artwork in India and promise delivery within 1-3 business days to all Pin codes in India.

How do you pack my order?
We pack your order with utmost care in a three step process -
1. Protective Film on Frame and Glass - All Frames and Acrylic Sheets (Glass lookalikes) are coated with a thin protective protective film to prevent it from scratches. You need to remove this film before installation and it can be easily done by hands
2. Bubble Wrap - Paintings are bubble wrapped to protect the frame and glass from breaking because of handling issues (used only in case needed)
3. Corrugated Boxes / Carton wrapping - Packages are wrapped in opaque carton material made of paperboard and corrugated fibre board to avoid further handling issues by courier partners to make sure your order reaches your safely and discretely

Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all payment methods available to users in India including UPI, Net banking, Debit cards and Credit Cards from Visa, MasterCard, Diner's Club and American Express
My payment did not go through. What should I do?
If your payment failed, there is no need to panic. Please wait for some time before you retry your payment and read the below for case wise resolution:
PAYMENT NOT REFLECTING
In case any amount was debited but did not reflect in your Paint Road order, it will be automatically deposited back in your account by the bank / payment gateway provider within 7-15 business days
PAYMENT CHARGED TWICE
In case any amount was debited twice or your did a repeat transaction by mistake, we will resolve it with the payment provider within 7-15 working days, which we do on regular payment reconciliation cycles.
In case you are facing any other issues, please write to support@paintroad.com mentioning your name, email id, phone number, order id along with transaction reference number and bank name and our team will get back to your in 48 hours with a resolution
Exchange & Returns
Can I cancel my order?
Please write to support@paintroad.com in case there is an issue and you want to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing the order.

Do you accept returns?
We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of delivery, providing images, invoices, and videos of the opening of the delivered product, along with their tags. The product should be in its original packaging and include the product invoice.

How do I exchange my order for another one?
In the case of damaged, wrong, or defective products, we offer exchanges for the same or similar product of equal value. Each item can be exchanged once; no cash refunds are permitted.

Personalised Art
How do I upload my own designs for printing?
You can easily upload your own designs - memorable moments, prints along with the choosing the specifications of frame and material you want them to be printed on.

What kind of files do you accept for printing?
We allow uploads in JPG, JPEG, PNG files not more than 5MB in size. In case you need to upload larger size images or photos, please reach out to support@paintroad.com for placing an order
What if my submitted file is too small?
For most printing purposes, a resolution of 300 DPI (dots per inch) is recommended to achieve high-quality, sharp prints. However, depending on the viewing distance and the type of print, lower resolutions like 150 DPI might be acceptable, especially for posters viewed from a distance. Images with less than 100 DPI are generally considered low resolution and may appear blurry or pixelated when printed.
We review every file before printing. So if you have uploaded a file which is very small in resolution but you intend a larger print and it does not meet our printing standard, we will reach out to you on your phone number or email id to get a replacement file or cancel your order in case you are not able to provide a larger file.
To maintain printing quality, we aceept files that are at least 150 DPI and allow uploads in JPG, JPEG, PNG files not more than 5MB in size.

What if my submitted file is copyrighted?
We DO NOT take the responsibility to validate whether the art you submitted for printing is copyrighted or not. Sole ownership of printing such artwork lies with the customer placing the order.
We highly recommend to check for copyrights before ordering a print in order to avoid litigation or legal issues.
Paint Road reserves the right to partially / fully cooperate with the authorities both in and outside India in case required
I uploaded wrong file. What to do?
In case you have placed an order for custom print and uploaded a wrong file, please reach out within 2 hours of placing the order as we might take the order into printing.
In case the file has already been printed and you still want / need to change it, you may be required to pay the printing charges again.

How long will it take for personalised art orders?
Personalised orders take the same time as other orders and usually get delivered in 1-3 business days.
Please make sure the image / file you have uploaded or submitted meets our guidelines and printing standards to avoid any unnecessary delays
Can I cancel a personalised art order?
We are sorry but you cannot cancel a personalised order. We process orders really fast, so there is very less scope of your order not going into printing as soon as you place it.
Also, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for personalised / custom print orders. In case, you receive a damaged order, we allow placing an exchange request given you submit the required details in time but you cannot modify the image, file or artwork submitted in those exchange orders.

How do I buy a Paintroad Gift Card?
Buying Paintroad Gift Cards for your loved ones and art connoisseurs is super easy. Simply go to the order page, choose the denominations / amount you want to gift and mention these details while placing the order:

How to use Gift Cards?
You can use Gift cards to send an amount to the person you want to deliver the Gift to. You can choose the amount, recipient name, email and write a personalised message for them.
They will receive the Gift Card with your personalised message on their email address and a coupon / voucher to purchase item(s) of equivalent or higher value (by paying the additional amount) at Paint Road.
Can I use multiple Gift cards in one order?
No, you can use only one Gift Card per order. But you can order an item of higher value than the Gift card amount by paying the additional amount.
We offer Gift cards of various denominations from Rs 1000 to Rs 10,000 but in case you require a gift card of higher amount, please reach out to us at support@paintroad.com and we should be able to help you at the earliest.
Can one Gift card be used in more than one orders?
No, one Gift Card can only be used in one order. In case you place an order for item(s) below the issued value of a Gift card, the remaining amount in that Gift card is not carried forward and is forfeited.
However, you can place an order with item(s) of value higher than the issued value of Gift cards by paying the additional amount at the time of placing the order
Do Gift Cards expire?
Yes, Paint Road Gift cards have an expiry of one year from the date of purchase unless explicitly mentioned at the medium or source of purchase.
Can I cancel, return or exchange a Gift card order?
No, unfortunately Gift Card orders cannot be cancelled and are also not eligible for returns and refunds.

Care for your Art
How do I unpack my order?
We ensure your prints will be packed with utmost protection using corrugated box and bubble wrap (in case needed) to ensure no damage arises during transport.
Once you receive the framed prints, carefully remove the packing material without touching the printed area.
Both the frame and acrylic sheet (glass lookalike) are coated with a film to ensure your artwork is not damaged during transport. Carefully remove the film once you install or immediately before installing the painting
How to I increase the life of my paintings?
There are some general rules to follow if you wish to increase the life of your paintings:
1. DO NOT TOUCH THE PRINTED AREA
Where ever possible, do not touch any area on the page that has been printed on, and if possible handle with gloves to avoid smudging and creases.
2. TAKE INTO ACCOUNT THE ENVIRONMENT WHERE YOUR PRINT LIVES
The environment around where your print lives plays a Very Big factor on the protection of your Wall prints.
LIGHT -
Make sure to keep your art away from direct sunlight (especially south
facing light) , avoiding this might lead to yellowing of your print
(This does not apply for laminated / framed prints)
HUMIDITY - Maintain
a relative humidity between 35 and 55%; if humidity is too high the
print can be damaged by mold or insects, but if it’s too low the paper
can become brittle.
TEMPERATURE -
Keep prints in a cool environment. Don't hang prints near areas that get too hot or
cold, like radiators, or air-conditioners. Warm or moist conditions accelerate deterioration and encourage mold growth and insect activity.
POLLUTION -
Keep away from dust, dirt and other pollutants for the best protection. Light dust can be brushed away with a clean dry cloth.
